How do I pay my balance on the Gemini Credit Card?
You can pay your balance on the Gemini Credit Card by logging into your account, selecting Credit Card Dashboard and “Make a payment” button. You can pay with a linked checking or savings account. To link a new checking or savings account you will need your bank routing number and account number. Some banks will show you two routing numbers, you will need the ACH or electronic routing number and NOT the wires routing number.
You can also pay by mailing a check to the address on the payment coupon at the bottom of your statement. The check should be made out to Gemini Constellation. Please write your credit card number on the memo line of the check and include a payment coupon with the check. Remember to mail your payment before the due date and leave enough time for the mail to reach Gemini prior to the due date. Cash payments will not be accepted.

Why didn't my available credit increase when I made a payment?
When you make a payment we immediately apply it to your balance but your available credit can remain unchanged while we wait for the funds to clear. Payments made before the end of your billing cycle may not replenish your available credit until the start of your next cycle. Additionally, your payment may take up to 7 business days to fully process.
Can I pay my Gemini Credit Card with bitcoin or other cryptocurrency?
At this time, you cannot directly pay your Gemini Credit Card with bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. You can sell your cryptocurrency and transfer the funds to your verified bank account.
Can I pay my card from my Gemini deposit account?
At this time you can not pay your Gemini Credit Card from your Gemini Exchange/Portfolio Deposit account.
What is a Payment Hold?
When you make a payment we immediately apply it to your balance but your available credit can remain unchanged while we wait for the funds to clear which can range from 2-7 days.
What happens if I don't make my payment by the due date?
If you do not pay at least the minimum payment amount by the due date, you will be charged a late fee. Additionally, you may be prevented from making additional purchases until all minimum payment requirements have been met. If your minimum payment continues to remain unpaid, we may send your account to a collections agency. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
Can I change my payment due date?
Yes, you can change your payment due date for future statements in Card Settings. Currently you can choose from the following payment due dates: 1st, 5th, 9th, 13th, 17th, 22nd and 26th of the month. At this time, due dates are limited to the above selection because of how payments are set up with our processor. If you change your due date, you must wait until your next billing cycle for it to take effect.
Who is Simm Associates?
Gemini will send accounts to a collection agency called Simm Associates when the account is delinquent. Simm associates will contact customers who are behind on their payments and ask for payment. You can pay Simm associates or log into your account and make a payment or mail a check to the address found on your statement coupon
How do I cancel a scheduled payment?
You can cancel a scheduled payment by logging into your account or calling customer support. You can NOT cancel a payment via email. Scheduled payments must be canceled by 5 PM ET of the date they are scheduled for.
How do I cancel autopay?
You can cancel autopay by logging into your account, going to your credit card dashboard and clicking on manage autopay settings and cancel autopay.
What happens if I delete a bank account?
If you delete a bank account, it will be deleted from your credit card payment options and cancel any scheduled payments and AutoPay payments.
How do I change my payment due date?
In Card Settings, under Account Services you will find a button for “Change payment due date”. If you click this button, you will find specific payment due dates you can select from. You can only change your payment due date once every 90 days and your account status must be in good standing in order to submit a payment due date change request. Any change request will take effect during your subsequent billing cycle.
Why is the list of eligible due dates limited to specific ones?
In order to maintain consistent billing period lengths and accommodate for variable lengths of calendar months, we only allow you to select from a list of 7 possible due dates. When you change your due date, your statement generation date will also change to maintain a consistent billing period length.
