BANK TRANSFERS (ACH)³
Bank Transfers (ACH) are only available to customers in the United States. The funds are made available in your account for trading at our discretion. After four to five business days, the funds are available for withdrawal as this is the amount of time ACH transfers take to settle. Note: a business day does not include weekends or US federal holidays.Gemini submits deposit requests at 5pm ET Monday - Friday. Any deposit made before 5pm ET will be submitted to your bank that same business day. Any deposit made after 5pm ET will be submitted to your bank at 5pm the following business day.

 

SWIFT WIRE TRANSFERS³
Gemini can receive SWIFT wire transfers from banks located anywhere within our areas of availability. SWIFT wire transfers settle as soon as they have been received in our bank account. As a result, these funds are available for trading and withdrawal immediately once they have been credited to your account.
USD Funds sent by domestic wire transfer before 3pm ET will typically be available in your account the same day or the next business day (this may vary based on the internal processes of your bank). While there may be a fee charged by your bank to send a wire, we do not charge any wire fees on our side. For wire withdrawals, a $25 fee is applied.

Note; SWIFT deposits and withdrawals are temporarily not supported by Gemini's banking partners for AUD. Gemini can accept deposits of AUD via BECS/NPP transfers.

Note; Gemini recently updated our AUD deposit and withdrawal process and no longer supports SWIFT transfers for AUD. Since we only collect SWIFT information when AUD payment methods are added — but BSB details are required to process BECS or NPP withdrawals — withdrawal attempts will fail. If you're trying to withdraw AUD, please contact our customer support team so we can help process the withdrawal manually on your behalf. This is a temporary measure while we work on a long-term solution.

Note; SWIFT deposits are temporarily not supported by Gemini's banking partners for EUR. Gemini can accept deposits of EUR via SEPA/Target2 transfer.

FAST TRANSFERS (SGD)
Gemini works with DBS Bank to facilitate SGD transfers via FAST. For more information on depositing via FAST, click here.

 

DEBIT CARDS
Debit card is only available for retail clients. Using a debit card allows you to complete a trade instantly. You will be able to withdraw your crypto after 15 minutes. You can also set up a recurring buy with your debit card. 
Debit cards can only be used as a payment method for one-time and recurring crypto buy orders. However, debit cards cannot be used to withdraw fiat. You can only withdraw fiat using a bank transfer (ACH) or wire withdrawal to a registered bank account.

 

GOOGLE/APPLE PAY
Using either Google/Apple Pay allows you to complete a trade instantly. This purchase will then clear into our account in 24 hours, lifting the withdrawal hold. You can also set up a recurring buy with your Google/Apple Pay. 
Google/Apple Pay can only be used as a payment method for one-time and recurring crypto buy orders. However, Google/Apple Pay cannot be used to withdraw fiat. You can only withdraw fiat using a bank transfer (ACH) or wire withdrawal to a registered bank account.

 

PAYPAL
PayPal is only available for customers who reside in the United States. PayPal can be used for deposits and purchases and allows you to complete a trade instantly. PayPal deposits will clear in 1-5 business days, lifting the withdrawal hold. Funds can not be withdrawn through PayPal. There is an additional 2.50% of the total deposit amount fee when initiating a deposit with PayPal.

 

CUBIX™

CUBIX™ is an instant-transfer solution that allows mutual institutional customers of Gemini and Customers Bank to make deposits and withdrawals every day of the year, around the clock, including weekends and holidays. xPULSE

Bank Frick's xPULSE is a 23/7 payment service to enable frictionless banking rails within the Bank Frick network – even outside of Bank Frick’s cut-off and business hours, seven days a week. Plaid Direct Payments (UK and Europe) 
Plaid Direct Payments is only available for customers who reside in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain and France. Plaid Direct Payments can be used for deposits and allows you to complete a trade instantly. You can withdraw funds from your Gemini account to the bank account you use for direct bank transfers. The withdrawal is processed via regular bank transfers. Plaid Direct Payments deposits will clear in 1-2 business days, lifting the withdrawal hold. There is a per transaction limit of £25,000/€25,000 and a minimum deposit amount of £10/€10 GBP through Plaid Direct Payments. Note: a business day does not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
