What is xPULSE?
xPULSE is an instant transfer solution that allows mutual institutional customers of Gemini and Bank Frick to make deposits and withdrawals every day of the year, around the clock, including weekends and holidays.
xPULSE transfers operate 23/7, even outside of Bank Frick’s cut-off and business hours, and typically complete within minutes once initiated.

How do I add xPULSE as a payment method?
You can add your Bank Frick account to your payment methods as you would any other bank account.
Navigate to the Payment Methods page and click on Get Started to Manually link bank and input your wire information. Once your bank account information is set up, you can complete the bank verification process with a successful wire deposit into your account - please reach out to Customer Support for the correct deposit instructions to complete this step.
How can I make a deposit?
The deposit instructions you will see on the Gemini website or app interface are not the correct ones for xPULSE transfers. Please reach out to Customer Support for the correct deposit instructions. Once you have received the correct deposit instructions, you will be able to use the same instructions for future transfers.
How can I make a withdrawal?
To initiate a xPULSE withdrawal, please navigate to the Transfer Page and follow the steps below:
- From the Transfer Page, select “Withdraw from Gemini.”
- Select USD from the dropdown.
- Select xPULSE Under “Transfer Method” and the Bank Frick account you would like to transfer to.
- Enter the available USD amount for withdrawal.
- Review transfer details and click “Request Withdrawal.”
Keep in mind that for a bank account to be available for withdrawals, you must first add it to your payment methods and verify it by making a deposit.
Are there any transfer limits or minimums?
- There are no transfer minimums.

Am I eligible for xPULSE transfers?
At this time, xPULSE is only available for verified European customers with access to USD rails. Additionally, only clients of Bank Frick can access xPULSE.
