However, you may still view your Gemini Derivatives account positions from the United States (but all functional capability will be blocked). Likewise, you are prohibited pursuant to the User Agreement from attempting to evade the GeoIP and other controls put in place by Gemini Derivatives for the purposes of remaining compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
