Customers are not able to deposit fiat directly from their bank account into their derivatives account.

However, customers can transfer Singapore Dollars (SGD) or United States Dollars (USD) from their exchange account into their derivatives account via the “Transfer” option. 

SGD transfers from an exchange account to a derivatives account will be converted into GUSD at the prevailing exchange rate. No fees will be charged to the customer as a result of this conversion. Customers will be able to review the exchange rate before confirming their transfer request.

Any USD or USDC transfers from an exchange account to a derivatives account will be converted into GUSD at 1:1 at no cost. 

Conversely, GUSD can also be withdrawn from your derivatives account to your exchange account in USD, or USDC, similarly with no additional costs.
