Why were my previously verified bank accounts through Xfers removed?
In April 2025, Gemini transitioned its SGD banking partner from Xfers to DBS Bank. As part of this transition, bank accounts previously linked through Xfers were removed. Customers must re-add their bank accounts and make a deposit to verify them for withdrawals. For detailed steps, please refer to the “How do I deposit SGD via FAST?” article.
How do I withdraw more than 200,000 SGD?
The transfer limit for FAST is 200,000 SGD per transaction. To withdraw more than this amount, you can initiate multiple FAST withdrawals. There is no daily or annual cap on the total SGD you can withdraw via FAST—only the per-transfer limit applies. Alternatively, you may withdraw via wire transfer, which has no transaction limit. Please refer to this article for more information regarding SGD wire withdrawals.
Why is my bank account not showing up on the list of bank accounts that I can withdraw SGD to?
It is possible that your bank account has not been verified yet. To resolve this, please try making a small SGD deposit into your Gemini account through the bank account by following the instructions here. Once your SGD has been deposited into your Gemini account successfully, you should see it appear on the list of bank accounts which you can withdraw SGD to.
Can I deposit or withdraw SGD using my Revolut account or Wise?
We do not support transfers from third-party platforms like Wise, Revolut, Grab, etc.
⚠️ If you’ve previously deposited SGD via Revolut and are now attempting to withdraw to a verified DBS account that was automatically added (i.e., the virtual account number used for the Revolut deposit), please contact us here. Withdrawing to this account may result in funds being sent to the wrong destination.
Withdrawal Fee
A SGD 3 withdrawal fee applies to all SGD withdrawals made via FAST transfer. This fee is charged per withdrawal, regardless of the destination bank account. SGD deposits via FAST transfer will remain free.
