Starting 18 April 2025, all SGD FAST transfers to Gemini accounts will be processed through DBS Bank, replacing Xfers as our SGD transfer partner. To fund your Gemini account with SGD, just add your bank account details on Gemini, retrieve the deposit instructions, and complete a FAST transfer via your bank’s online portal.
How to Add a FAST Transfer Bank Account (SGD)
To add your bank account for FAST transfers, follow these steps:
- Go to the Payment Methods page.
- Ensure your default currency is set to SGD.
- Click “Add payment method.”
- Select “FAST transfer” and enter your bank account details.
- Click “Review”, and if all information is correct, click “Submit.” A confirmation screen will appear indicating that your bank account was successfully added.
- Click “See deposit instructions*” to view the SGD deposit details.

*Note: With the transition from Xfers to DBS, a new Virtual Account Number (VRN) will be assigned to your Gemini account. If this is your first time retrieving deposit instructions, it may take up to 24 hours for them to be generated. Once ready, your deposit instructions, including the newly assigned VRN, will be sent to your registered email.

Please ensure that the bank account used is in your own name. Gemini does not support deposits from third-party bank accounts, and such deposits may be rejected or returned.
