Accounts on the MPC infrastructure

Select the appropriate Gemini Custody account and asset from Transfer Funds, choose an active withdrawal address, and follow the prompts to authorize the transfer with your passkey.

If your account uses Multi-User Approval, all required approvers must approve the request.

Once the required approvals are complete, withdrawals are signed on demand and generally complete in minutes.

Existing accounts that have not been upgraded

Existing accounts continue to use the current withdrawal process during the transition.

Requests submitted before 4:00 p.m. ET on a business day are typically executed by 6:30 p.m. ET that day. Requests submitted later or on a non-business day are typically executed on the following business day.
