To withdraw from your custody account, navigate to Transfer Funds in the header after sign-in and select the currency you would like to withdraw. Please make sure your custody account is selected in the account dropdown in the upper left-hand corner.
If your account requires Multi-User Approval a second user will need to navigate to the Custody Dashboard by clicking on Custody in the header. Then, they’ll need to scroll down to the “pending requests” section and select the three dots on the furthest right of your transaction page for the appropriate transaction. From there, they will just need to select approve.
For timeline expectations, transactions initiated before 4:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are typically fully executed by 6:30 PM ET on the same business day. Transactions initiated after 4:00 PM ET or on non-business days are usually fully executed by 6:30 PM ET on the following business day after submission. We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time for processing.
*Creating a new custody account will automatically enable approved addresses-only withdrawals for all accounts (both custody and exchange). This ensures cryptocurrency in your Gemini account cannot be sent to unknown addresses.
