If you would like to open a custody account, please navigate to the Create a new account page in settings and then follow the prompts to get started!

Creating a new custody account will automatically enable approved addresses-only withdrawals for all accounts (both custody and exchange). This ensures cryptocurrency in your Gemini account cannot be sent to unknown addresses.

Once you continue you will not be able to withdraw until you add at least one address to your approved address list, and each address must clear a 7-day approval hold before it becomes active for withdrawals.
