To close your account via the web browser,
- Log in to your Gemini account on your desktop or mobile browser.
- Go to your Profile Settings page.
- Scroll down to the Account Closure section.
- Click the link labeled “Close account.”
- Type CLOSE in all caps to confirm the closure.
To close your account via Gemini mobile app,
- Open the Gemini app.
- Tap the astronaut icon at the top of your screen to open your account page.
- Scroll down and tap Preferences.
- At the bottom of the page you'll have a prompt then type CLOSE in all caps to confirm.
