In order to trade derivatives, including perpetuals, you must reside or be incorporated in a country in which Gemini Derivatives is available and not be physically located in the United States or otherwise characterized as a U.S. Person, according to the Commodities and Futures Commission’s definition. In addition you must access Gemini Derivatives via your ActiveTrader trading account on Gemini.

*Perpetuals are only available to Institutional clients in these countries.
