Who is eligible to deposit using PayNow?

Funds deposited via PayNow from a third-party bank account or mismatched name will be rejected. Rejected deposits will be refunded to the original sender within 3 business days.
What banks support PayNow?
The following banks are supported: DBS/POSB, OCBC, Standard Chartered, Trust, and UOB. If you are trying to deposit from a bank account not listed here, please add your bank account and deposit using a FAST transfer instead.
Note: Transfers from third-party platforms such as Grab, Revolut, Wise, etc., are not supported.

If your funds haven’t been credited within 15 minutes, please contact Gemini support and provide:
- Date/time of transfer
- Amount
- PayNow reference or screenshot
- Name of the sending bank
Can I save the PayNow QR code for future use?
