How to Cancel Open Orders on ActiveTrader™
Within the Gemini ActiveTrader™ interface you can find your open orders just beneath the chart on the dashboard. You can cancel any open order by hovering over the status of the order and clicking “cancel” once it appears.
How to View or Download your Trading History
You can download your trading history by following the steps below:
1) Navigate to the Statements and History page.
2) Click the “Transaction History” tab.
3) Click the download button next to “Exchange Transaction History” and select your desired date range.
4.) Click "Download .xlsx" and the transaction history will download onto your device.
If your account is set to the Gemini ActiveTrader™ view, you can see your trading history at the base of your dashboard. The completed orders section will display the past 50 completed orders of your account. To see all of your orders in one place, go here: https://exchange.gemini.com/balances
How to Get a Limit Order Filled
All limit orders are Good 'Til Cancelled (GTC) meaning that they rest on the order book until they have been completely filled or manually canceled.
If you are trading programmatically via the Gemini API, you can enable a feature called "Require Heartbeat," which will automatically cancel all of your open orders if you lose connectivity to Gemini. This feature can be found on our API Settings page.
