Gemini dollars (GUSD) can be created by initiating a withdrawal of USD to an Ethereum address from the GUSD withdrawal page. 

You will need to enter the quantity of USD you would like to convert to GUSD, and the Ethereum address you are withdrawing the GUSD to. Once the transaction is confirmed on the Ethereum blockchain, the GUSD will be available in the Ethereum address you have specified.

The conversion will be charged to your USD holdings. There are no fees associated with purchasing GUSD. The withdrawal of GUSD to a foreign exchange or wallet will not count towards your 10 complimentary monthly withdrawals.
