Right to Erasure. You may submit a request that Gemini delete the personal data that we have about you.
Right to Restriction of Processing. You have the right to restrict or object to our processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability. You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in an electronic format and to transmit that Personal Information to another data controller.

For your security, we will require your identity to be verified before we can proceed with providing your information if you submit a request by email.
When will I receive my data?
You will generally receive our response to your data access request at the verified email address on your Gemini account within 30 days after submission of your request if no further information is required from you, though this may be extended an additional 30 days in certain circumstances, in which case we will provide you notice of the extension within 30 days.
We will follow up with you within 10 days of receiving the request to confirm if we will need more information.
