Domestic Wire Deposit Timeline
Funds sent by domestic wire transfer will typically be available in your account within 1-2 business days or sooner (this timeline may vary based on the internal processes of your bank).
International Wire Deposit Timeline
International wires will typically be available in your account by the next business day; however, this may this may vary based on the internal processes of your bank. There may also be a delay if the funds need to be processed through an FX desk at your bank, which can add an additional 1-2 business days to the transfer time.
If you cannot find your wire transfer, please double-check the following:
- If you are located in the United States, confirm with your bank that the transfer was sent via wire (not bank transfer)
- Confirm with your bank that you chose the same-day wire option instead of the next-day or three-day wire option.
- If you did choose the next day or 3-day option, these funds never hit our account, and we do not have control over when they get rejected. However, those funds should automatically be put back in your bank account in 4-5 business days.
-
If you are an international customer and would like to fund your account with USD, please confirm with your bank that the wire was sent through both the Intermediary bank (Pacific Coast Bankers Bank) and the Beneficiary Bank (Silvergate Bank). All international USD wire transfers must be sent through the Intermediary Bank to be processed at the FX desk.
Note: If you are an international customer and sent AUD, CAD, or HKD via wire, the intermediary bank (Pacific Coast Bankers Bank) is not required since the funds will not need to be converted to USD by an FX desk.
Once you confirm that the same-day option was chosen for your wire, please let us know using this contact form and provide a tracking number or federal reference number for the payment.
