To cancel a single order:

1. Navigate to the Open Orders tab at the bottom of the ActiveTrader™screen.
2. Under the "Status" column, hover over the order you would like to cancel.
3. Click "Cancel" then confirm when the pop-up notification appears. 

To cancel all open orders:

1. Navigate to the Open Orders tab at the bottom of the ActiveTrader™ screen.
2. Click ‘cancel all’ then confirm when the notification appears.

From the mobile app you can cancel your limit order at any time and any funds that were on hold for the order will be released and available to withdraw or trade pending any holds. Customers can view open orders from multiple places within the app such as portfolio or home. Tap on any open order for a detailed view and hit the cancel button.

Note: An open limit order will place an indefinite hold on the associated funds, thereby preventing you from withdrawing or placing another order with those funds. The only way to lift this hold is by canceling your open limit order.
