No. Customers cannot unstake, trade, or transfer their staked ETH because staked ETH is locked on the Beacon chain, the Ethereum consensus layer. However, when the upgrade to a proof-of-stake (PoS) network is completed, you'll be able to unstake, transfer, or sell your staked ETH along with all of the rewards you've earned.
